Our spit and pig roasts have been the delight of the county for over a couple of decades now. Never content with just the ‘acceptable,’ it was our experiences as a hog roast family abroad that introduced us to the wonderful taste of slow roasted meat. Having a strong background in wedding catering anyway, the introduction of such wonderful tastes to our ever appreciative palates left us with no choice but to launch this as the key part of our operations at home in sunny Verwood. Having sampled this type of slow roast in the form of Kudu (part of our exceptionally broad menu in the UK) during a trip through the African ‘Veld,’ we immediately understood that good seasoning, completely organic meat (something which we demand from our fully vetted catering suppliers) and the slow roasted process would totally revolutionise our catered events. Combining this with our totally organic and various array of superbly edible vegetation, we know that the taste we loved at the feet of an African sunset is now available to our customers, at prices made more and more reasonable as we have grown and grown.
